It's been said the darker the night, the brighter the stars shine. Everything is temporary and yet I feel so certain in each present state. This is how it will be always! In the darkness it's easy to not be able to remember the light switch is just out of reach. It takes courage to cautiously start to feel around in the darkness for something to hold on to. How human of us to experience unease. How human for that unease to get replaced by overwhelming joy. And the cycle goes round and round. Here's to embracing each moment for what it holds for us. Nothing more, nothing less.
